Our step-by-step moving process...
We understand that moving can be stressful, which is why our experienced team follows a clear, organised process to make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Here’s how we handle your move:
Step 1:
Our team will typically arrive the day before your move with all the essential packing materials — including sturdy boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and protective covers. We’ll bring everything needed to pack your entire property safely and efficiently, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Step 2:
We’ll carefully wrap, box, and label all your items to ensure nothing is misplaced during the move. Essential items for your final night — such as bedding, toiletries, and a few kitchen items — will be left out so you can stay comfortable until moving day.
Every box and piece of furniture will be clearly labelled by room, helping us unpack quickly and accurately once we arrive at your new home.
Step 3:
Before the move, our team will dismantle large furniture such as beds, wardrobes, and tables, and disconnect any appliances you won’t need overnight (like washing machines or dishwashers). This step helps us save time on moving day and ensures your belongings are ready to be safely transported.
Step 4:
On moving day, we’ll arrive on time and fully prepared. Our crew will use professional padded covers and moving blankets to protect your furniture, mattresses, TVs, mirrors, and other fragile items. We’ll also pack any last-minute items you’ve kept out overnight and dismantle any remaining furniture needed to exit the property smoothly.
Step 5:
Our team will carefully load all your items into our removals vehicle, securing everything for a safe journey. We take care to position fragile or valuable items properly, using straps and padding to prevent movement in transit.
Your belongings are fully insured while in our care, giving you peace of mind throughout the journey.
Step 6:
Once we arrive at your new home, we’ll unload everything into the rooms of your choice, following your guidance or our clear labelling system. Our team will reassemble any dismantled furniture and ensure all major items are placed where you want them. Before we leave, we’ll double-check that everything is safe, clean, and exactly as you’d like it.
